Rondeau Festival of Flight May 2nd Afternoon Report

A few new birds have shown up this afternoon. A Mourning Warbler was found at
the Visitor Centre that gave tremendous views by the feeders. A Cape May
Warbler and Chestnut-sided were both seen at Beach Access #2 which bring the
total of warbler species seen today to 19.

The Blenheim Sewage Lagoons have a nice selection of ducks including Teals,
Gadwalls, Ruddys, and Shovelers as well as some Greater Yellowlegs.

The south end of Harrison Trail, South Point, and Marsh Trail are extremely wet
and flooded in parts, tall boots are recommended.

Join us from May 1st until the 19th for the Festival of Flight.

Guided hikes available.
