Rondeau Festival of Flight May 6th Afternoon Report Hot and sunny with a dash of new sightings seen. The north end of Harrison Trail and the Pony Barn continue to be the hotspot of the day. Yellow-breasted Chat has continued to show at the Grace Anglican Church and area around it along with a Cerulean Warbler. A Yellow-throated Vireo, Scarlet Tanager and 12 species of warblers were seen on Harrison close to the Pony Barn. A Cerulean Warbler was also seen on Black Oak Trail. Also, a Hooded Warbler was found on Warbler Way at the back end.
The south end of Harrison Trail, South Point, and Marsh Trail are extremely wet and flooded in parts, tall boots are recommended. Join us from May 1st until the 19th for the Festival of Flight.
