I just received a call from Kurt Hennige who reports finding a non-breeding
Curlew Sandpiper at Martin Edwards Reserve on Amherst Island. He says it is
with Dunlin, White-rumped and Semipalmated sandpipers at the first pond just
as you reach the berm. I currently don't know any other details but will try
to update as I find out more.

Directions: Once on Amherst Island, travel to the far SE corner of the
island where you will see Martin Edwards Reserve. You must either be, or be
accompanied by, a member of Kingston Field Naturalists to access this
private reserve.

Mark.
