There are currently 9 Black-bellied Whistling Ducks (apparently found earlier today by Tim Dawson as per a photo posted to Facebook - thank you!!) at Muddy Creek in Wheatley, Essex County, across Deer Run Rd from Cavendish Factory a couple kilometres south of Wheatley. I just saw them. Please do not get out of cars to prevent flushing them, and be mindful of busy traffic on this curve of Deer Run Rd. Good birding!
