I just found a Snowy Egret at north side of town beside Otter Creek Bridge along Main Street here in town.

From the south head straight in hwy 40 along Murray Street over bridge past
lights at Margaret Avenue. Head straight up Main Street and over Otter Creek bridge. Egret was on north side in flooded field.
From north, take Langstaff Line east from hwy 40 past Forhan Street and over
bridge at Sydenham River. Turn right on Water Street and go to T intersection which is start of Main Street. Past curve just before Otter Creek bridge is the wet area.

Cheers,
