Good afternoon, The first fall installment of Long Point Bird Observatory’s sightings board is updated to August 20 which also includes a summary of summer highlights: Long Point’s first territorial Henslow’s Sparrow in 30 years, White-winged Dove, Red-necked Phalarope, and White-crowned Sparrow. As for migrants things are slowly starting to pick up with more than 10 species of Warbler observed on Long Point yesterday including a Hooded at Breakwater.
