This black-bellied whistling duck was sleeping on the middle of the dock 59/60
at the Happy Snapper Marina. We couldn’t find him in the morning so popped into
Pelee for a few hours. Returned at 1:10 pm and almost gave up til we scanned
the resting ducks. He lifted his head for a great showing! This was our third
try for this duck at three different locations. Glad we tried one more time.
