A Harris's Sparrow has been photographed today at a local birder's feeder in Wellington, Prince Edward County.
Address is 31 Dorchester Drive, Wellington, located within the new community of Wellington by the Bay. The feeder is in the front yard, and the owner is ok with people observing from the street. As the subdivision is still under construction, the neighbor's are familiar with traffic and noisy construction. If visiting, please give way to local traffic. Or consider carpooling from the local LCBO or Wellington public beach, a local birding hotspot. Directions: Hwy 401 access to Prince Edward County is from Trenton or Belleville . Civic address 31 Dorchester Drive is located west of Wellington village centre. From the Wellington LCBO, drive west on the Loyalist parkway, turn north onto Prince Edward Drive, then west on Empire Blvd, then north on Dorchester drive.
