A Red-bellied Woodpecker has been feeding on my suet basket all afternoon. This is the first time I have seen one in this area. I overlook the Don Valley ravine near the Leaside bridge In East York, Toronto.
The feeders are up on a plateau in a wooded area. I have Downy and Hairy Woodpeckers all year.
