Hello All, While on a short break covering our nearby section for the NF CBC, Jean and I observed the Black-legged Kittiwake at the Whirlpool. It was observed flying with approximately 100 BOGU from the Niagara Parks Aerocar observation deck at 12:20 PM. The flock remained for 10 minutes and then headed upriver.

Turn right onto Niagara Parkway. Continue to Whirlpool.
