I just found the Black-bellied Whistling-Duck reported earlier to Ontbirds this 
afternoon at the Kingsville Dock. It’s on the break wall - scope helpful. 
Visible from parking area where fishing boats are. The pier is now private and 
not accessible to vehicles. 

Kingsville Dock is at the south end of Kingsville at the end of Lakeview 
Avenue.
