Good morning,

South Porcupine's Northern Wheatear (found on Sept 18) was still at the same
general location near Porcupine Lake as of 8:45am this morning. (Day 7)

The bird is now feeding mostly in private backyards along the White Waterfront
area. I have received permission from many of these homeowners to look in their
yard but if you'd like to view this bird, don't hesitate to let me know and I
would be happy to help you look in its usual spots and accompany you to the
yards where we obtained permission if it's needed.

Direction: South Porcupine is 10 km east of Timmins, 700km north of Toronto.
The White Waterfront area is accessible at the end of Bloor avenue (free public
parking). From there, walk northward and it could be in one of many backyards
bordering White Waterfront Conservation Area. It was last seen this morning at
117 Huot street, South Porcupine (where the homeowner gave permission to look
inside her fenced side yard)
