Bruce Di Labio reports that the Say's Phoebe is present today (March 30) at 9:00 am around the maintenance building on Stella 40 Ft Rd. It was seen yesterday near the cemetery and by the helipad (which is the same as the maintenance building, I believe), both of which are on Stella 40 ft Rd.
