I think the thumbnails should remain around 60 pixels.
However, they are clickable to preview a larger version.
Rev. 157 adds a pointer hand on mouse over so it's clear to the user
that the thumbnail is in fact clickable.

Bug description:
When a link to a picture, video, etc is found in a tweet, a thumbnail
appears, but the thumbnail is too small to actually see what it is about.
Twitter's own picture service provides thumbnails at 150×150 px. In general,
other services show thumbnails between 100 and 200 px.
