Only send a single notification when coming back online

Bug description:
This morning when I woke up I had quite a few @mentions. Birdie sent
out a notification for all of them, which means I had notifications
popping up on my desktop for about a full minute.
Instead, Birdie should only send out a single notification that
explains how many mentions I have and who from. For example, something
like "10 New Mentions" "From Ian Hex, Cassidy James, Joey Sneddon, and
7 more" or something
