Birdie should be installed from package (manually or from PPA) or
reports will not work. Seems you probably have compiled it by your own.

report a problem in about dialogue no longer works

Bug description:
Clicking "Report a Problem" in the About dialogue does nothing,
"Close" and "Translate this App" still work though.
