There were also a few visitors at the site today. Weather: Winds were out of the SW and moderate strength for the day. There was very little for cloud cover with mostly pur blue skies. Temp ranged from 3C to 10C by midday. Raptor Observations: Despite the not so favourable wind direction there were birds on the move including another N. Goshawk. Non-raptor Observations: None reported. Predictions: It looks like there's a good chance of rain on Sunday and for a good portion of next week. However, if the rain held off on Monday they are forecasting N winds which may bring some birds through. ======================================================================== Report submitted by Dave Brown ([email protected]) Hawk Cliff Hawkwatch information may be found at: http://www.ezlink.ca/~thebrowns/HawkCliff/index.htm More site information at hawkcount.org: https://hawkcount.org/siteinfo.php?rsite=392 -- Ontbirds and Birdnews are moderated email Listservs provided by the Ontario Field Ornithologists (OFO) as a service to all birders in Ontario.
