Weather: Temps hovered around 0C-2C. Winds were moderate from the NW around 25 km/h with occasional gusts. Cloud cover began at around 95% with much clearing later. Raptor Observations: Quality not quantity: The robust NW wind fueled the occasional burst of snow and sleet and 33 raptors⦠but that included a low streaking young Northern Goshawk, a few Rough-legged Hawks (at least two dark morphs) and three Golden Eagles (approx. ages: ad. 225p, subad. 230p, subad. 252p).
