YELLOW-CROWNED NIGHT-HERON (Toronto): One juvenile was found at Colonel Sam Smith Park in Etobicoke on August 1 was still present August 5. Black-billed Magpie (ALGOMA): The long staying Echo Lake bird was reported on August 5. Blue Grosbeak (Norfolk): The young male continued, being seen and heard pretty much daily in the field at the SE corner of Hwy 24 and E Quarter Line, north of Port Rowan. It was reported slightly south of this location on August 2.
