Weather:
Temps ranged from 18C to 23C. The wind began as modest W, shifted to NW,
and back to W again, about 10 to 15 km/h with occasional gusts. Complete
overcast eventually gave way to 30% cloud. 

Raptor Observations:
The day could be best summarized as high hopes, but no apple pie: Only 14
raptors, including a handful of American Kestrels and a lone Broad-winged
Hawk.

Non-raptor Observations:
Non-raptors included: Canada Goose, Ring-billed Gull, Herring Gull,
American Crow, Blue Jay, American Goldfinch, European Starling, Cedar
Waxwing, Mourning Dove, Song Sparrow, Ruby-throated Hummingbird, Indigo
Bunting, Killdeer, Rock Pigeon, Barn Swallow, Chimney Swift, Red-bellied
Woodpecker, Pileated Woodpecker, Carolina Wren, House Wren, Common
Yellowthroat, Northern Cardinal, Cliff Swallow, Great Blue Heron, Bank
Swallow, Semipalmated Plover, and Common Tern.
