Weather: Temps ranged from 0C to 5C. The wind was a moderate WNW (around 20km/h) above ground. Near total cloud cover early gave way to a fair bit of sun mid-day but the clouds thickened again near the end of the count period. Raptor Observations: A modest count with fair variety. Turkey Vultures and Red-tailed Hawks jointly led the tally, but there was also a double-digit showing of Bald Eagles.
