Details: I have tried to indicate the finder, where known. My apologies to those who I have left out. PINK-FOOTED GOOSE (OTTAWA): Vincent Fyson found and photographed one bird on Birchgrove Rd near Sarsfield on April 1. It has not been reported since. Eurasian Wigeon (Brant): The male found last week by Bill and Sarah Lamond at Blue Creek Pond was refound on April 1 and 2. Eurasian Wigeon (Chatham-Kent): The Erieau bird continued again this week being seen by several observers April 2 and 3 at McGeechy Pond. Eurasian Wigeon (Huron): Brandon Holden, Kiah Jasper and Ezra Campanelli photographed a male flying north along the lakeshore north of Grand Bend on April 6. King Eider (Hamilton): A female continued in Stoney Creek in the vicinity of Grays Road and Sayer's Park with reports April 4-7. King Eider (Niagara): The young male found last week off Niagara-on-the-lake by Ryan Grifiths was reported again April 2. King Eider (Toronto): The young male present last week off Marilyn Bell Park and Ontario Place continued all week. Harlequin Duck (Durham): The male continued off Thickson's Point to at least April 4. Harlequin Duck (Simcoe): Ted Down reported a female-type bird in Collingwood Harbour on April 7. Barrow's Goldeneye (Leeds and Grenville): The male found a couple of weeks ago by Jon Ruddy was reported April 5 by Bruce Di Labio between Browns Bay and Mallorytown Landing. Barrow's Goldeneye (Ottawa): At least one male was reported this week along the Rideau River near Strathcona Park. Western Grebe (Peel): Trish Kluge found one at J.C. Saddington Park in Port Credit on April 5. A second bird was confirmed on several visits and many birders enjoyed one or both individuals daily to at least April 7. Eurasian Collared-Dove (Chatham-Kent): The Shrewsbury bird, found March 2 by Steve Charbonneau, was reported to at least April 6 this week. Willet (Halton): A very cooperative bird was found at the Burlington Ship Canal April 2 and continued through April 7. Black Vulture (Chatham-Kent): Jim Burk photographed one east of Wheatley around noon on April 3 and then later the same day Allen Woodliffe had one (possibly the same bird) just outside of Chatham. Black Vulture (Essex): Dave Martin and Linda Wladarsky reported one bird near Arner (west of Kingsville) on April 5. Black Vulture (Niagara): Up to three birds were reported this week in Queenston. Mountain Bluebird (Wellington): After a prolonged lack of reports, Curtis Combdon refound the wintering bird in Guelph on April 5. GOLDEN-CROWNED SPARROW (Toronto): The Scarborough Golden-crowned Sparrow found by Karl Konze continued this week. GOLDEN-CROWNED SPARROW (Waterloo): Georg Hentsch's bird at his feeders on Bannister Lake was enjoyed by many happy birders again this week. Harris's Sparrow (Prescott and Russell): The bird at 1696 Vankleek Hill Rd remained all week. Black-and-white Warbler (Essex): A very early bird was photographed at Holiday Beach on April 3 Indigo Bunting (Bruce): The Kincardine bird was reported again this week on April 1. Indigo Bunting (Essex): Sumiko Onishi found a very early male at Pelee Island on April 7.
