BLACK-BELLIED WHISTLING-DUCK (Waterloo): Ky Lauzon found one at Rim Park in Waterloo on July 1 and it has remained to be seen by many to at least July 7. King Eider (Toronto): The young male that has been off Tommy Thompson Park was reported to at least July 2. Eared Grebe (Rainy River): Four adults remained at Rainy River Sewage Lagoons to at least July 7. BLACK-NECKED STILT (Middlesex): The two birds found by Bill Lindley at Strathroy Sewage Lagoons on May 12 and their young were seen to at least July 6. Willet (Essex): Andrew Keaveney reported one at the tip of Point Pelee on July 7. NEOTROPIC CORMORANT (Essex): One bird was found south of Amherstburg on July 5 and was still present to at least July 7. YELLOW-CROWNED NIGHT-HERON (Halton): Lori Whibbs found an adult at LaSalle Park on July 4 that was seen by many. Western Meadowlark (Kawartha Lakes): JulieAnn Prentice recording one signing on Shrike Rd on July 3. Kirtland's Warbler (Simcoe): Many observers enjoyed multiple individuals at the Packard Tract west of Barrie this week.
