----------------------------------------------------------------------

Observation start time: 10:00:00
Observation end time: 14:30:00
Total observation time: 4.5 hours

Official Counter: Chris Burris

Observers: Ken Wootton, Tom Bolohan

Weather:
Winds were moderate, beginning W, shifting to WNW. There were a few
flurries and a few patches of sun, but overcast predominated. Temps were
around 3C most of the count period.

Raptor Observations:
Given the northerly mix in thw wind, we certainly hoped for more, but it's
likely that bands of mixed precipitation further east capped the flight
pretty severely.

Non-raptor Observations:
Lots of Tundra Swans on the move today, with one overhead flock including a
lone Snow Goose.

Predictions:
Partly sunny and NW wind is a set up for a better flight.
