The Christmas Bird Count season starts next week, and lots of late birds
linger tantalizingly.  An exciting Black-legged Kittiwake seen a couple of
times on Dec 05 in Gatineau.  Is it still around?

eBird tip:

By mid December most if not all Ring-billed Gulls have left the region,
with Herring Gull becoming the “default” species, particularly at the
dumps. Any smaller gull should be carefully scrutinized.
