This is also just strictly my opinion, but I think there are different levels of bisexuality for each person.  I can say that for myself, I very much enjoy oral and anal sex and other sexual acts with other men, but I have no romantic interest in men the way that I do women.  When I have encountered guys who were looking for more than mutual sexual sharing and therefore things have not "clicked" as far as looking for the same thing, then I too have found those experiences not fulfilling.
