A fast growing online game company location in Jakarta is urgently looking for Game Master (GM) with requirements as follow :
Responsibilities: -To provide in-game support to players. - To plan and execute in-game events. - To moderate assigned product forums. - To provide periodic reporting to immediate supervisors on all internal product related issue. - To investigate game hacks and come up with preventive solutions. - Responsible in the testing and evaluation of all product related content. - To assist in any other jobs beyond the typical job scope as and when required by the company. - Having customer service working experience is an added advantage Requirement: - Familiar with online game play. - Possess working experience in the related field is an added advantage. - Willing to travel heavily when needed. - Possess good communication skills. - Able to speak and write in Bahasa Indonesia andEnglish. - Problem solving skills and high level of creativity on the job are essential. - Must be able to work under pressure. - A team player. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint is an added advantage.
