Details:
It fails to build using rpmbuild on openSUSE 42.3 duo error on renaming
'parser.stamp.tmp' to 'parser.stamp' on examples/calc++ (which reports a error
to the builder which then aborts the process).
I just deleted the line with the offending command from 'local.mk' and was
able to generated the binaries packages with all reports and tests
successfully completed.
