What do you mean by "deb's"? Do you used Ubuntus "official" repository or do you used a PPA?
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS offers Back In Time version 1.2.1 [1] and depend on Qt5 and not Qt6. There is no version of Back In Time in the Ubuntu repositories of any Ubuntu version depending on Qt6 currently.
