It seems you have some dependencies missing. Please read https://github.com/bit-team/backintime/blob/dev/CONTRIBUTING.md#dependencies
On a Debian-based distro the missing "dbus" module can be found in the package "python3-dbus". Also "python3-keyring" and "python3-pyfakefs" (minimum version 5.7 !) are mising.
