because of issue #2307 I decided to improve the behavior of how BIT does
handle default exclude entries.
The feature is still a pending PR but I prepared two screenshots and
would like to have some feedback from you.

Now there is no simple default list of files/dirs/pattern to exclude but
a list of suggested files/dirs/pattern. That list also now has a
description for each of that entries to make it easier for the user to
judge if it is useful or not. Not all entries in the list are selected
by default. Only a subset of entries is selected by default, also
depending on the mode (user or root) BIT is running. That is why there
are two screenshots.
