I have the same problem with Linux Mint 8 x64, but I also had it in Linux Mint 7 x32. My drive has 400 GB free space, but back in time seems to be deleting snapshots randomly.
I have just disabled smart "older than" which was set to 10 years and smart remove. Will see if that helps. Oh, and I also have it set to backup every hour. -- Backups being deleted Ubuntu 9.10 x64 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/494225 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Back In Time Team, which is subscribed to Back In Time. Status in Back In Time: New Bug description: I have been running BIT for a bit over a week now and it will only keep the previous day's backup. I had smart remove on and have tried it with it off... never have more than today's and yesterday's backups. Please help. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~bit-team Post to : bit-team@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~bit-team More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
