When debugging broken configurations and the like, it would be really useful to
be able to remove all cached information of a package, including stamps, work
files, tarballs in sources, checked-out repositories in sources, and perhaps
there is more.
It should probably leave things that depend(ed) on that package intact, or
maybe there could be a recursive mode that also forgets those.
