As multiple persons on IRC told you, this is not a bug. The only bad behaviour
is you ignoring people's advice and then complaining it doesn't work.
To get back to the 'bug':
* You build a task-base _package_ which depends on gdb
* You don't remove or rebuild that package (even if Mickey, Holger and I told
you to)
* You are surprised that *exact same* *unmodified* package is 'still' pulling
in gdb
Note that I say 'package', not 'recipe'.
So you have to do the following:
* Listen to our advice (after poking at DISTRO_TYPE, rebuild task-base or bump
PR)
* Follow it (rebuild task-base or bump PR)
