glibc-intermediate-2.3.2+cvs20040726 was advertising various packages which it
didn't provide through a bogus PACKAGES_DYNAMIC. This has been fixed in OE.dev
and shouldn't happen now. There are perhaps more subtle issues within bitbake
but its wasn't actually doing anything wrong, the metadata was at fault.
