This is an OE issue (it sets SRCREV = "1"), not a bitbake so I'd reassign this
but I'm going to mark as invalid instead. That revision was chosen as a policy
decision after discussion on the OE mailing list. I agree its a bit
controversial but please discuss this one on the mailing list if you disagree.
