Thanks. Can you please push it? How about my patches for 1.10 and 1.8? We're still using 1.8 currently, so this would ease the transition later on. Regarding the documentation: I wasn't able to generate a PDF. Inside the documentation: http://pastebin.com/mSyGEmDQ It's unclear to me whether emphasis or varname should be used to mark the new option and it's definitively no fun to edit that xml file. Anyway, see my untested patch in my next mail.
