As a dvorak user, I would like to summarily reject any keywords which have
frequent combinations of the letters 'L' 'S' 'Z' also, frequent use of
"'" and ';' get to be a drag.
That said, {} and [] aren't convenient either, but I really can't come up
with a good alternative.

Maybe if I rigged up a foot pedal, where pressing the pedal opened a block,
and releasing it closed. It would be even better if my IDE was smart enough
to use the correct delimiter, ( { or [
