This exactly what BitC must *not* do implicitly. Imperative languages
require much tighter control over order of computation. It has also been
observed that debugging dataflow computation is a completely unaddressed
problem in the literature.

The idea itself is very old. There is no problem with supporting it; the
problem lies in making it the default.
