Ben: All the tests in unit/ pass for me, so it would be really helpful to know which test is failing. Also, it's probably worth trying to re-run configure and re-build. There was some makefile rearrangement in the tests directory (mainly to avoid the need for such rearrangement in future), but if you haven't re-run configure in a while, the changes may not have propagated into your working makefiles.
