Just incidentally, this is the release that was *supposed* to include the new GC support. The GC stuff actually deployed incompletely in LLVM-3.6, so we need to track "tip" on that for a while longer, but it should be in general and complete deployment by LLVM-3.7 (which shouldn't be far off).
