Do tests actually fail? If all you see is errors on the console that's normal because the unit tests try to test all error cases too.
Obviously tests shouldn't fail. We managed to fix almost all flakes, only once every approx 100 builds I've got a hanging test. That's on Ubuntu 18.04, OpenJDK 8. Feel free to report an issue if you see a flake and can provide details.
