For those of you who don't know, qmail (http://www.qmail.org) is a nice
replacement for sendmail. works on most unix systems. leaps and bounds
better than sendmail.

Among many other things, qmail also offers much higher flexiblity to the
users on your system themselves.

2 examples...

1) userbased mailing lists. each user can create their own mailing list by
simply making ~/.qmail-mylist file and putting a list of users in that
file. Sending mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] will go to everyone
on that list. Replacing "mylist" with whatever you want to call it.

2) simple userbased filtering. along that same vein as the above, users
can create a ~/.qmail-spamme file which contains the path to where they
want that mail to go, say ~/Mail/spamme. Now all mail sent to
username-spamme will go into that file. Of course, replacing "spamme" with
whatever name you want to appear in the email address.

cheers,
sach
