web hosting

Can anyone suggest a respectable web hosting service?  My physics
mentor's site (conceptualphysics.com) formerly used slip.net, but
apparently they were acquired by some other company.  I would host it
on my linux box at home, but it's already running too many processes
for its 32 megs of ram.
