Yeah, it's a little like the thing Adam Fenn has... he's got this little
mp3 player with a 10GB laptop drive in it.
Since it uses USB, and uses the USB filesystem protocols, you can
(theoretically) plug it into any machine w/ the USB harddrive drivers, and
copy data to/from it.
Zip Disk on steroids.
