Found some more information. Sil's name is Jesus Oquendo, and the case was
tried in the Southern District Court of New York.

I can't find the case on courtweb, but the judge is LORETTA A. PRESKA, and
the prosecuting attorneys are Robert R. Strang, and Joshua G. Berman.
Anyone want to see if they can find a Case #?
