In pine 4.33, I can go to (c)onfig, and edit my customize-headers
preference.
IF you simply want the reply-to to show up, use reply
preferences/reply-always-uses-reply-to.
If you want it to edit it occassionally, use the customized-hdrs setting.
press '?' while in the config screen to get contextual help.
