Erik,

Not that I think Nena needs to be silenced, but ClearChannel seems to be
taking action related to private property, a subset of all property. 

Decisions get made.  Some are stupid.

The "censorship" is sinister to the extent that it is at the behest of
the government or some other body without legitimate claim to the
property.

This does not seem to be the case, so I think we can prioritize other
concerns.  Unless there is evidence that some agency has leaned on
ClearChannel.
