since everything published online is copyright via DMCA, you can file a criminal complaint against anybody who spams you, because they would have to circumvent your protections. Great way to get marketers to lobby against DMCA. Perhaps use an mail alias you use only for that so you can prove they circumvented. rot 13 is a great idea.
