In case anyone took me up on my praise of Opera, he or she should go check ou the latest security warning about it:
http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/55/22949.html A cross-scripting vulnerability that may allow malicious code on web pages access to your cookies and cache. Not that big a deal, especially if you point your cookies to /dev/null in the first place, but worth looking into. Operas says a patch should be available by the end of the month. The worst problems can be avoided by setting the "use cookies to trace password protected documents" option and by disabling javascript, in any event. It's still a DAMN cool browser, the only truly decent one for Linux IMHO. E -- Erik Curiel Sometime Web Engineer/Almost Philosopher "Jerry Falwell: Is That Guy a Dick or What?" ---"The Onion"
